Our Team

Richard Reinhardt, has over 50 years of management consulting experience with hundreds of clients throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Richard was founder and partner of Ballew, Reinhardt, & Associates which ranked among the top 100 management consulting firms in the U.S. by Consultants News. He was also Vice President of The Centre Group and most recently held the same position with F&H Solutions Group, the consulting arm of the global law firm FordHarrison.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and holds a Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma. He has been quoted in major business publications including the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek and Forbes.

Amy Reinhardt Robinson joined Reinhardt & Associates in 2015. She holds a BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Following a career in public relations in both New York and in Atlanta, she moved home to Memphis and joined her father, Richard Reinhardt, at Reinhardt & Associates. Since joining the firm, she has used her strong background in communications to help company leaders create and grow positive relationships with their employees.
